This resource was created using 400gsm double laminated card stock in full colour print. This A4 resource is an ideal support to help your learner keep on track of activities they are working on and activities they have finished.

This resource can be used per task to break a task down into steps or as part of a part/full schedule to let the learner know what activities are to be completed and when they are finished.

This resource comes with 10 Velcro brand hook coins so you can attach your own symbols to the resource.
