Customers in Ireland and Northern Ireland can avail of FREE shipping when you spend €50 or more*!

*rates are valid from the 10th of October 2013. Customers in Ireland and the UK can avail of free shipping with orders over €50. I have not received my item? What should I do?simian_admin2015-10-03T01:41:51+00:00We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 1 – 5 working days for the parcel to be delivered. Our courier provides a tracking number so you can easily track the shipping process. As soon as the item is sent out to you, you will receive an email with a tracking information and link to the website for tracking the order. If you have not received the item after 5 working days, please contact us at [email protected] so we can help you further.

If I am not at home when the courier arrives, what happens?simian_admin2015-10-03T01:42:45+00:00Once you placing an order, it is important to provide up to date contact details. In case a courier will miss you at home, they will try to contact you over the phone to re-arrange delivery. Also, a notice will be left at your door step.
