I have not received my item? What should I do?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 1 – 5 working days for the parcel to be delivered. Our courier provides a tracking number so you can easily track the shipping process. As soon as the item is sent out to you, you will receive an email with a tracking information and link to the website for tracking the order.
