Customers in Ireland and Northern Ireland can avail of FREE shipping when you spend €50 or more*!

*rates are valid from the 10th of October 2013. Customers in Ireland and the UK can avail of free shipping with orders over €50. Customers in Great Britain and the Channel Islands can avail of free shipping with orders over €60.

I have not received my item? What should I do?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 1 – 5 working days for the parcel to be delivered. Our courier provides a tracking number so you can easily track the shipping process. As soon as the item is sent out to you, you will receive an email with a tracking information and link to the website for tracking the order. If you have not received the item after 5 working days, please contact us at support@cogs.ie so we can help you further.

I cannot make a purchase, the website is not working.

When you are buying online it is important to have latest updates on your computer. A common issue with not being able to complete an online transaction is outdated version of a browser or full browser memory. You can try to open our website in another browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). Alternatively you can use a different computer.

What happens if I don’t want the product anymore?

When you purchase online, we are happy for you to return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided goods are returned unused, unopened and in their original condition. Please contact support@cogs.ie if you wish to return a product. We are unable to refund goods that have been used, opened or not in original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

If I am not at home when the courier arrives, what happens?

Once you placing an order, it is important to provide up to date contact details. In case a courier will miss you at home, they will try to contact you over the phone to re-arrange delivery. Also, a notice will be left at your door step.
